The Founder

The Founder

The Founder

Studied under traditional teachers. Two decades of practice and teaching.

Yoga evolves. The postures are ancient, but our understanding of the body is not. At Anamiiva, we bring biomechanical analysis into traditional practice. When someone comes to us with a problem that conventional approaches have not resolved, we look at the body differently.

A Kulam is a teaching lineage. The knowledge passes carefully, from teacher to student, informed by both tradition and modern understanding of how the body works. We teach asana, pranayama, and the framework that connects them to how you actually live.

People come to us after trying everything else. What they find is a practice rooted in precision: understanding exactly which structures are involved, which patterns need to change, and what sequence of work gets them there. This is not a workout. It is a methodology.
